An exception to this is the exercise "Dressed under water and swimming through a hole in a vertical hanging sail" for diploma C. Here you swim without a jacket. The choice of clothing is based on clothing that is worn outside during normal daily activities and is tailored to our Dutch climate. This also applies for shoes. Plastic, leather, cotton and sports shoes are allowed. Slippers and shoes without a real sole, such as slippers and surfing shoes, are not permitted.
